The Greenfield Complete Pricing Program replaces traditional user-based pricing with a scalable revenue-based model designed to align cost with client growth. Clients may choose from three options: a fixed base platform fee for offices with less than $150,000 in monthly sales, a fixed monthly price for clients seeking predictable spend, or a variable rate based on actual monthly sales. Pricing is anchored to a trailing 12-month average, includes unlimited users with no per-user fees, and renews on a 12-month term using the prior 12-month average as the renewal basis. As revenue increases, the effective rate declines, improving efficiency and supporting long-term scalability.
